Hurunui Garden Festival
Thursday 30th October - Sunday 2nd November 2025
9am - 5pm daily
$10 per person entry to each garden
$20 per person entry to historic homesteads

If you like to be organised and have tickets ready to go for the Festival, head online to www.hurunuigardenfestival.com to secure yours now. You can purchase tickets in bundles of 5 or 10 and will also be sent a guide book free of charge.
One ticket gets one adult entry to one garden. Two tickets are needed to get one adult into a historic homestead.
If you haven't pruned your roses yet, get out in the garden this weekend to get them done! They will reward you with better blooms this coming season. If you're unsure on the best practice for pruning roses, watch this hand reel on our Instagram page where Doreen from Loch Leven Garden & Nursery demonstrates step by step.

You can buy what you see at the Hurunui Garden Festival!
If you spot a plant you like in one of the gardens, there's a good chance you might find a seedling available to purchase. Many of our gardeners are keen propagators and have seedlings available. You can also keep an eye out for the following commercial growers:
