Tipapa Historic Homestead
40 Motunau Beach Road, Greta Valley
Experience Tipapa Homestead
Step inside Tipapa and discover a home that is as welcoming as it is architecturally significant. Designed by a renowned architect, Tipapa is more than a showpiece—it has always been a lived-in family home at the heart of the Greta Valley community.
Join Jane or Stewart for a guided tour, sharing personal stories, history, and the character that makes Tipapa so special. It’s a refreshing change of pace from garden visits, offering a glimpse into a home with real warmth and life.
The gardens and historic woolshed can be explored at no cost. Just 400 metres off the main road and 5–10 minutes from other Greta Valley gardens, Tipapa is an easy and memorable stop.
