Tipapa Homestead was built in 1928 as a modernisation of the original 1880s home. Every room overlooks the extensive gardens. The oaks, elms, ash, eucalypts, pine, and macrocarpa surrounding the homestead date from the 1880s.

Beds of colour, roses, rhododendrons, camellias, exotics and fruit trees encompass the homestead. The backdrop of the beautiful homestead, plus restored 1890s woolshed are perfect for events and weddings and for houseguests to enjoy.
